Limitations & Technical Issues

This page addresses known limitations of the Vozart platform and common technical issues users may encounter during generation, download, or playback.

Why Won’t My Song Play?

If your song doesn’t play in the browser:

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox)

If the issue persists, download the song (MP3 or WAV) to test it locally. Some older browsers may have audio playback issues with long or layered files.

Why Did My Generation Fail?

Common reasons include:

  • Your prompt was too short or too vague
  • You ran out of credits
  • Your session timed out or expired
  • The server was under high load

Try rephrasing your prompt, checking your credit balance, or waiting a few minutes before trying again.

Is there a song length limit?

Yes. Your maximum song length depends on the model you select:

  • Vozart 4: Up to ~4 minutes
  • Vozart 4.5: Up to 8+ minutes (available in Advanced/Unlimited plans)

You cannot currently extend a song beyond these limits or perform multiple extensions on the same song.

Can I regenerate a specific part of a song?

Not yet.Currently, regeneration always creates a full new version of the song from scratch. Partial regeneration, segment editing, or multitrack control is not yet supported.

Can I edit the generated vocals or instruments?

Vozart does not currently support direct multitrack editing.

However, you can:

  • Use the Stem Splitter tool to isolate vocals, drums, or instruments
  • Export stems and remix them externally using your preferred DAW

Why does the final song sound different from what I described?

AI-generated music is based on probabilistic interpretation, not exact instruction. If your song isn’t matching expectations:

  • Make your prompt more specific (genre, mood, instruments, structure)
  • Avoid combining too many unrelated ideas
  • Use “Style to Avoid” if needed to restrict undesired elements
  • Regenerate for alternative outputs

Are there any usage caps?

Yes. Usage depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free Plan: no generation access
  • Basic Plan: 2,000 credits/month
  • Advanced Plan: 4,000 credits/month
  • Unlimited Plan: no credit limits

Does Vozart work on mobile?

Yes, but we recommend using desktop or laptop for best experience.

Some features (like multi-step generation, advanced settings, and bulk downloads) may not display properly on smaller screens.

What browsers are supported?

Vozart is optimized for:

  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari (basic functionality supported)

Avoid using outdated browsers or embedded in-app browsers (like in Instagram/TikTok) as they may block audio playback or downloads.
