This section answers common questions about subscriptions, billing cycles, payments, refunds, and invoice management on Vozart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment options, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are securely processed.

How often will I be billed?

Vozart offers monthly and yearly subscription options.

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days
  • Yearly plans renew every 12 months and offer up to 20% savings

You can choose your preferred billing cycle on the Pricing Page before checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page:

  • Click your profile icon → Billing
  • Select “Cancel Plan”
  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period
  • No future payments will be charged after cancellation

There are no cancellation fees.

What happens after I cancel my subscription?

  • You’ll keep access to paid features until your billing period ends
  • After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan
  • Any unused credits will be forfeited
  • Your access to advanced models and tools will be removed
  • Songs stored beyond the free plan's storage limit may be deleted

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
  • Changes take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle, depending on your selection
  • When upgrading, the system may prorate your remaining balance

You’ll always see the cost and effect date before confirming the change.

Where can I download invoices and see my billing history?

You can view and download all past invoices from your Billing page:

  • Go to your Account
  • Click Billing
  • View past transactions and download PDF receipts
  • Update payment methods as needed

This is especially helpful for tax or reimbursement purposes.

Can I get a refund?

Vozart subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. However:

  • If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, you can contact Support within 7 days of billing
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • We recommend testing features using the Free Plan before upgrading

Will I get notified before renewal?

Yes. For yearly plans, we’ll send you a reminder email before your renewal date.
Monthly renewals may not receive pre-billing notifications but can be viewed in your Billing page at any time.

What happens if my payment fails?

  • You’ll receive an email notice to update your payment method
  • If payment is not resolved within a few days, your subscription may be paused
  • You can re-activate at any time from the Billing section
